We offer both. Most families choose virtual because it’s flexible, convenient, and still highly effective. In-person options are available based on location.

Our Policies
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid fees. Late cancellations and no-shows will incur a fee equal to the full session price. A full refund will be issued for cancellations made up to 48 hours before the session.
- If more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, the session will be considered a no-show, and no refund or rescheduling will be provided.
- Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking through our secure system, which accepts major credit cards and electronic payments.
- Rescheduling: Sessions can be rescheduled without fees if done 48 hours in advance. Late rescheduling will be treated as a cancellation, resulting in a full session fee
- Refunds: No refunds are available for missed sessions or late cancellations. Exceptional circumstances may be considered for refunds at management's discretion.
All sessions are 45 minutes in length, and by booking a session, you agree to adhere to this policy.
