Winter Break STEAM Lab
Keep kids engaged and curious over winter break with our 2-week Winter STEAM Lab. Students will dive into hands-on science experiments, engineering challenges, creative art projects and problem-solving activities that make learning fun and interactive. A perfect way to explore, create and discover during the holiday break.

Program Overview
Our 2-week Winter STEAM Lab keeps kids learning and having fun over the holiday break with hands-on science, engineering, art, and problem-solving activities. Tuition covers all supplies, daily snacks, and take home projects.

Dates: December 22, 2025- January 2, 2026 (closed December 25, 2025, and January 1, 2026)

Take-Home Projects: Kids bring home creations to share

Monday – Marvelous Machines
Explore simple machines, robotics, and engineering challenges. Build, test, and see how things move!
Tuesday – Tremendous Tech
Dive into coding, apps, and fun tech experiments that bring ideas to life.
Wednesday – Wacky Winter Science
Hands-on chemistry, physics, and cool experiments with a winter twist

Friday – Fantastic Art & Math
Combine creativity and problem-solving through art, design, and math-based projects.
9:00 AM – 9:30 AM | Check-In & Morning Warm-Up
Welcome campers! Sign-in and kick off the day with a fun winter icebreaker or a quick “Snow Science” challenge.
9:30 AM – 10:15 AM | Frosty Experiments
Explore wintery science experiments like snow density, ice melting, or creating colorful “frosty potions.”
10:15 AM – 10:30 AM | Snack Break
Refuel with a healthy snack and hydration while playing a quick “Winter Brain Teaser” or STEAM trivia.
10:30 AM – 11:15 AM | Arctic Engineering Challenge
Team up to design and build snow forts, ice bridges, or other winter-inspired engineering projects.
11:15 AM – 12:00 PM | Outdoor Play & Winter Exploration
Engage in winter-themed outdoor games, obstacle courses, or science scavenger hunts.
12:00 PM – 12:45 PM | Lunch Break
Supervised lunch and social time to refuel and connect with friends.
12:45 PM – 1:30 PM | Winter Art & Design Lab
Create icy sculptures, snowflake crafts, or winter-themed STEAM art projects.
1:30 PM – 2:15 PM | Snowy Coding & Tech Time
Experiment with coding, robotics, or digital games with a winter twist.
2:15 PM – 2:30 PM | Snack & Brain Games
Enjoy a healthy snack while tackling winter-themed puzzles, logic games, or mini STEM challenges.
2:30 PM – 3:15 PM | Polar Team Challenges
Collaborate on problem-solving tasks like “Save the Penguin” or build-the-best-ice-raft competitions.
3:15 PM – 3:45 PM | Outdoor Fun & Free Exploration
Unstructured outdoor play or winter-themed games to end the day on a high-energy note.
3:45 PM – 4:00 PM | Wrap-Up & Dismissal
Recap the day’s discoveries, celebrate accomplishments, and sign out for parent pick-up.
