$300 for the 4-week session (8 sessions)
- How long are the sessions?
Each session is 4 weeks long, with two sessions each week—one in-person and one virtual. - 45 minutes per session
- What technology do I need for virtual sessions?
All you need is a computer or tablet with internet access. We provide easy-to-use links for virtual classes.
